Cancellation and Late-Coming:

Your fee is not returned in case of cancellations that are not done on time, or late-coming. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without properly notifying me, it is automatically cancelled and you cannot re-schedule. If you have already paid for your session, no refunds are given.

Re-Scheduling:

​

Re-scheduling is not allowed without 24 hours notice, so make sure you will be able to attend your appointment as scheduled. If you have already paid for your session, no refunds are given. 

 

I will allow one re-scheduling if an emergency arises.
